One of the Best Mexican restaurant in Laredo & very affordable! Sure, it’s a small restaurant with limited space to dine in but the food & quality are always on point. Not to mention the huge portion of food you get. There are plenty popular choices for breakfast, lunch & dinner plates & they look just as good the pictures hanging throughout the store. They also have daily breakfast & dinner plate specials, prices on those are unbeatable. We love coming to this place for breakfast & dinner when we can & it’s always an amazing experience. Can’t recommend it enough!

I came here because I heard a lot about it But I've been here 3 times and there's always too many people, no tables available I thought I would get a table since it wasant even noon yet but no It's a super small place I ordered the guisado plate and my husband ordered the rib plate I heard the prices were reasonable but my plate was $14 and so were the ribs The guisado was ok But I wouldn't call it guisado It was beef stew meat in brown gravy That's not the traditional guisado I'm used to I took it to go but when I got home they had only put one small salsa for both plates and 2 fajita tacos I was really disappointed Probably not coming back because they really need a larger place and faster service I had to wait awhile to get my order because when I walked in all the employees were busy

The best Mexican food I ever put in my mouth. I only had to travel a thousand miles to get it. Order your plate from the pictures off the wall and it comes out looking like the plate you received was the plate they took a picture of. Incredible presentation, atmosphere, service, everything about this place left me feeling impressed and satiated.

This place is not that good to merit the rating it has. First, it feels cramped and dirty in there. The menu plastered all over the wall is tacky and it makes the place feel smaller. Second, the service is terrible! We saw our server perhaps 2 maybe 3 times in the 90 we were there. And then we waited so long of the mediocre food. The milanesa was over cooked, over seasoned and way too thick to be milanessa! It was so over seasoned I had terrible heartburn. I don't understand how you mess up suck a simple dish! Oh and then I wasn't served the fries with the plate. They were given to me about 20 after. And oh man!!!! Why are those fries so thick. Thick cuts of potato like that will not crisp up, they'll just "boil" in the outer crust. Who trained theses cooks??? The only good thing there is the price! 15.00 person is a great price. So is you want cheap and dirty this is the place. The parrilladas are great in all honesty! Perhaps I'll give this place another go, but they need to make some changes to those sides as well. The rice is insipid and the beans tasted like old lard.
